To all the people who follow and are interested in Nov9, all the friends who collaborate with us and make this project possible, thank you for being a part of it, to inform and spread, for the effort and enthusiasm to continue growing through art .... ISLA MARTINICA - MARTINIQUE ISLAND

Hace pocos días ha comenzado la primera Bienal de Arte Contemporáneo en la isla Martinica. Este convocatoria abre sus puertas desde el día 22 de noviembre hasta el 15 de enero de 2014 y propone un diálogo entre el arte contemporáneo y la literatura cuando se cumple el centenario del nacimiento del poeta Aimé Césaire. Ésta ha sido la aportación que nuestro compañero Remed a este gran acontecimiento cultural. 

A few days ago it has started the first Biennial of Contemporary Art on the island of Martinique. This call is open from November 22 until January 15, 2014 and proposes a dialogue between contemporary art and literature on the centenary of the birth of the poet Aimé Césaire. This has been the contribution that our colleague Remed has done in this great cultural event.

El reconocido escritor del graffiti madrileño no ha parado de pintar durante todo el verano. Pasando por Mallorca, París, Rotterdam y otras ciudades, Spok ha dejado murales tan impresionantes como estos. Con su particular estilo de brillos no nos sorprende que se haga llamar Spok Brillor. Ésta vez también se ha atrevido con un mural realista de cuatro pisos pintado en un tiempo récord de 4 días.

The renowned graffiti writer from Madrid has not stopped painting the whole summer. Going through Mallorca, Paris, Rotterdam and many other cities, Spok has left so impressive murals like these. With his particular style of glitter it is not surprising that he calls himself Spok Brillor. This time he also dared  painting a four floor realistic portrait in a record time of four days.

NOV9 OPEN DOORS

Este octubre tenemos muchas novedades. Tras varios meses de trabajo por fin lo hemos conseguido: ¡www.nov9.es existe! Para el estreno de nuestra web organizamos la primera exposición colectiva del grupo de artista más internacional de Madrid. Hemos producido una edición limitada de serigrafías como  primer proyecto en común, de los que esperamos que sean muchos más. En nuestra web seguirás enterándote de todos los proyectos de nuestros artistas a través del blog y a parte contamos con una galería online donde encontrarás obras de los artistas. Si te perdiste nuestro Open Doors que celebramos los días del Festival Villamanuela, aquí te lo contamos todos.

This October we have many news. After several months of work we have done it: www.nov9.es exists! For the premiere of our web we have organized the first exhibition of the most international artists of Madrid. We have produced a limited edition of silkscreen as the first common project, and we hope that we could make many more. On our website you'll still follow the updates of the artists through the blog and also we have an online gallery where you'll find works of the artists.
