PRIMERA EXPOSICIÓN INDIVIDUAL DE ELTONO EN CHINA - FIRST INDIVIDUAL EXHIBITION IN CHINA BY ELTONO

Este sábado tendrá lugar la primera exposición individual de Eltono en Beijing. A lo largo de su carrera profesional, Eltono ha tratado de llevar el arte a todo tipo de lugares. Para este proyecto, se trasladó a Caochangdi, un pueblo conocido con el nombre de "Village Art Caochangdi". Sin embargo, cuando Eltono llegó allí se dio cuenta de que existe un gran separación entre los habitantes del pueblo y las galerías  de arte que hay allí. Por ello, Eltono decidió utilizar sus pinturas para conectar estos dos mundos y comenzó a trazar sus dibujos en las puertas de las casas que iba encontrando interesantes, creando un recorrido artístico a través de las calles de Caochangdi. 

La exposición se llama 1/1 y hace referencia a las fotografías impresas a tamaño real que se expondrán en la galería de Beijing. Con estas fotografías se creará una ilusión de las puertas reales y construirán un paisaje virtual que conecte la calle y la galería. Si tienes la suerte de poder estar en Beijing este fin de semana, no pierdas la oportunidad de pasarte a ver esta gran exposición. ¡Nada nos gustaría más al resto de habitantes de Nov9 poder asistir!

This Saturday will be the first individual exhibition in Beijing of Eltono. Throughout his career, Eltono has brought art to all kinds of places. For this project, he moved to Caochangdi, a town known as "Village Art Caochangdi". However, when Eltono got there he realized that there is a large gap between villagers and the art galleries there. So Eltono decided to use his paintings to connect these two worlds began to draw their pictures on the doors of the houses that he found interesting, creating an artistic journey through the streets of Caochangdi.

The exhibition is called 1/1 and refers to the actual photo size prints to be exhibited at the gallery in Beijing. With these photographs will create an illusion of actual doors and build a virtual landscape that connects the street and the gallery. If you are lucky enough to be in Beijing this weekend, do not miss the opportunity to spend to see this great exhibition. EL EQUIPO PLÁSTICO EN CHINA - THE EQUIPO PLÁSTICO IN CHINA

El colectivo El Equipo Plástico, formado por dos artistas de Nov9, Eltono y Nano4814,  junto con Nuria Mora y Sixe, vuelven a unirse en un nuevo proyecto en la ciudad de Beijing. Esta es la tercera exposición de este colectivo de artistas, "Caballo Caballo Tigre Tigre". En sus trabajos, Equipo Plástico toma como punto de partida la propia ciudad en la que trabajan, captando los efectos visuales más característicos de la misma y se desarrollan a través de la experiencia vivida en la calle, y han dejado una gran huella en ciudades como Lima y Monterrey. Esta vez el escenario elegido es Beijing. Aquí está el testimonio de este gran proyecto.

The collective The Equipo Plastico, including two artist of Nov9, Eltono and Nano4814, along with Sixe and Nuria Mora, re-team for a new project in the city of Beijing. This is the third exhibition of this group of artists, "Horse Horse Tiger Tiger." In their works, El Equipo Plástico takes as starting point the city where they work, capturing the visual effects more characteristic of it and develop through the experience on the street the content of the exhibition, as they already did in cities like Lima and Monterrey. This time the chosen venue is Beijing. Here is the testimony of this great project.

PESETA Y 3TTMAN

El festival de Música Primavera Sound ha vuelto a contar con la colaboración de PESETA para el diseño de 50 bolsas especiales para esta nueva edición. En esta ocasión, 3ttman participó con ellos pintando los decorados que aparecen en el video.

The Music festival Primavera Sound has come to collaborate with PESETA for the design of 50 special bags for this new edition. In this ocassion, 3ttman participated with them painting the sets that appear in the video.

FESTIBAL CON B DE BICI

Este sábado en Matadero, se celebró el festival CON B DE BICI, en donde se homenajeó a la bicicleta como el medio de transporte más eficiente, limpio y divertido. Para ello hubo conciertos, exhibiciones, proyección de documentales que invitaban a una reflexión sobre una movilidad más sostenible, y también  intervenciones artísticas sobre bicicletas. Entre los artistas invitados, uno de los miembros de la comunidad de Nov9, Luciano Suárez en representación del colectivo Montaña Sagrada participó en este gran evento.

This Saturday in Matadero, the festival CON B DE BICI (With the B of bike) was celebrated. In this event, the bicycle was honored as the most efficient transport, cleanest and funniest. This involved concerts, exhibitions, documentals which showed a reflexion about a sustainable mobility, and there were also artistic interventions on bikes. Among the guest artist, one of the members of Nov9, Luciano Suárez in representation of the collective Montaña Sagrada participated in this great event.

VAVA GALLERY

Ayer, tuvo lugar en Madrid una nueva exposición en Vava Gallery que, en su constante apoyo a artistas que desarrollan principalmente sus obras en la calle, presentó "A2, A3, A6 y M30". En esta ocasión, uno de los artistas invitados fue un miembro de Nov9: Nano4814; junto con Sixe, Luce y Hear. Yesterday, in Madrid a new exhibition untitled "A2, A3, A6 and M30" was presented in Vava Gallery, that keeps on supporting artists who mainly develop their work in the street. On this occasion, one of the  guest artists is a member of Nov9: Nano4814;  amongst Sixe, Luce and Hear. Here we show you the photos of that special opening. Do not miss the chance to see it!

SARAJEVO

Este abril, los proyectos internacionales en Nov9 vienen pisando fuerte. Con motivo de la reconstrucción de la Biblioteca Nacional de Sarajevo, la Embajada española ha invitado a 3ttman y a Remed para que participen en este acontecimiento cultural de la ciudad bosnia. Para ello, ambos artistas han querido inspirarse de la artesanía del lugar creando un cuadro con estampados típicamente bosnios en donde emulan el deseo del pueblo de vivir juntos en PAZ.

This April, the international projects in Nov9 come stomping. Due to the reconstruction of Sarajevo´s National Library, the Spanish Embassy has invited 3ttman and Remed to participate in this cultural event of the Bosnian town. So, the artists inspired from the craftsmanship of the place creating a canvas with Bosnian´s typically prints that emulate the desire to live together in PEACE.

HUELGA GENERAL - GENERAL STRIKE

En Nov9 hemos salido a la calle esta mañana para ser testigos de la Huelga General #29M. Sin ánimo de entrar en temas políticos, estés o no estés de acuerdo con la huelga, hemos querido compartir con vosotros todas esas manifestaciones que los ciudadanos han ido dejando por todo Madrid.

In Nov9 this morning we have gone on the streets to witness the General Strike #29M. Without whishing to enter into political issues, whether you agree or not with the strike, we wanted to share with you all the expression forms that the citizens have left throughout Madrid.
